The low BCF/BAF values of the components 2 -methyl decanoic acid, 2 -ethyl nonanoic acid, 2 -propyl octanoic acid and 2- butyl heptanoic acid indicate a low potential of the test substance Reaction mass of 2-butylheptanoic acid and 2-ethylnonanoic acid and 2-methyldecanoic acid and 2-propyloctanoic acid for bioaccumulation in aquatic organisms. The BCF/BAF of the similar substances n-undecanoic acid and 2 -butyl octanoic acid support this assumption.
