Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Recovery for recycling is not economically possible as the
residual levels in reactor effluent are expected to be low.

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: None known.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not recommended.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Incinerate at a suitable facility using a temperature of
1200 deg C, excess air and a residence tim >= 2 seconds.
Waste gas treatment to remove chlorine compounds should be
fitted. (A663)

Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Not recommended.
