Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing and wash with soap and water.

Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Powder, foam, carbon dioxide or waterspray (not a direct jet

of water) may be used.

Product arising from burning: Products of combustion may contain oxides of carbon,

nitrogen and sulfur together with some soot.

Product determined by test: N

Protective equipment: A self-contained breathing apparatus should be used.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Wear suitable protective clothing, see 2.3.1.

Do not contaminate waters and sewers. Dampen solid and

collect in special marked containers for disposal.

Clean dirty areas with carbonated or soapy water.

Wastewashing water should be contained and transferred to

containers for disposal. Hose down the area for a prolonged

period. Heavily contaminated soil layers have to be removed

down to clean soil, waste soil being disposed of in

accordance with local regulations.

Handling and storage

Handling: Observe the usual precautions for handling organic

chemicals.

Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing, e.g. gloves,

goggles and protective clothing should be worn. Avoid

inhalation of dust, fog and vapours. Do not eat, drink or

smoke while working. Dustproof filling and measuring

equipment (including dust extraction) should be used.
