The partion coefficient of the test item was estimated from its individual solubility in n-octanol and in water to be logPow= >5.8

As the water solubility is stated "below quantification limit" and no saturation was achieved in the n-octanol phase, the true log Pow probably is different to the value obtained with individual solubilities. Therefore, the log Pow of test item was also estimated by a model calculation based on the theoretical fragmentation of the molecule using KOWWIN,Version 1.6 module.
