Description of key information

The test substance is brown liquid. The pour point of the test item has been determined to be -21 ± 3 °C. The test item was determined to boil gradually from approximately 60 to 170 °C (333 to  443 K) and then boil gradually again from approximately 200 to 400 °C (473 to 673 K), at 101.6 to 102.5 kPa. The density of the test item has been determined to be 982 kg/m3 at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C; relative density: 0.982. The maximum vapor pressure of the test item has been determined to be 7.35 x 10-3 Pa at 25 ºC. The partition coefficient of the test item at pH 9.1 has been determined to be over the range  <2.0 to >3.2 x 106 , log10 Pow over the range less than 0.30 to greater than 3.0. The water solubility of the test item has been determined to be greater than 49.4 % w/w (494 g/L) of solution at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C. The mean surface tension of duplicate nominal 1 g/L solutions of test item in water has been determined to be 37.2 ± 0.5 mN/m at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C. The flash point of the test item has been determined to be 195 ± 2 °C.
