- In the production 2 workers came in contact with BIBW 2992 Furan when they decontaminated their chemical protection suit. The skin of the workers was examined by the company physician. Skin which was in contact with BIBW 2992 Furan was irritated. It was defined that BIBW 2992 Furan should be classified as an irritant substance
