According to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 Annex VII, general endpoint requirements for a registration in the tonnage band 1 - 10 demand biodegradation screening test data in order to assess the environmental fate and pathway of the substance.
With regard to results of the available ready biodegradation study, 3-cyclohexyloxypropane-1,2 -diol (CAS No. 10305 -41-6) is considered to as not readily biodegradable.
