The partition coefficient was measured of the substance as log Pow at 2.6 at 25 °C.

The partition coefficient of the test item was determined according method A.8 from EG guideline 92/69 with the HPLC method and showed a log Pow of 2.6 at 25 °C. In order to ensure a stable performance of the HPLC column, the column temperature was set to 40 °C. However, the temperature of the log Pow of the test substance is dependent on the reference substance; and hence the determined log Pow is at 25 °C.
