Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

A GLP guideline study according to OECD 310 is available for the biodegradation assessment of the test substance. In this study, the degradation of the test substance was determined to be 20 % at the end of the 10-day-window (days 20 to 30). Following OECD 310, a test substance is considered to be readily biodegradable if the degradation of the test substance equals 60 % at the end of the 10-day-window. Even after the test duration of 60 days the degradation did not surpass 25 % (Laus 11012602G606, 2011).

An additional GLP guideline study according to OECD 302B was conducted in order to investigate the inherent biodegradability of the test substance. The results revealed a biodegradation degree of the test substance of 11 % after a test duration of 28 days (Laus 11012602G601, 2011).

Based on these data, the test item is not readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria and not inherently biodegradable.
