Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Move exposed person to fresh air. Symptomatic treatment.
Seek medical advice immediately.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash the contaminated skin with running water. Seek medical
advice.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Rinse mouth immediately with plenty of water. Give plenty of
water to drink. Symptomatic tratment. Seek medical advice
immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water, foam, dry powder and carbon dioxide.
Product arising from burning: Kohlendioxide, Stickstoffoxide
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Personal protective equipment and self-containing breathing
apparatus.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: In case of spillage, wear personal protective equipment (s.
handling).
Provide adequate ventilation. Do not inhale dust and avoid
skin and eye contact.
Avoid entry into waste water system, surface water and
ground water.
Humidify spilled material or cover with humid, inert
material. Sweep up and place in suitable container. Label
container and dispose in accordance with local waste
regulations.
Handling and storage
Handling: Avoid formation of dust and use local exhaust ventilation.
Do not inhale dust. Use breathing apparatus with particle
filter P2 in case of inadequate ventilation or heavy
exposure.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear suitable gloves
(rubber or PVC), safety goggles and dustproof protective
clothing.
Safety goggles with side protection are required.
Consider danger of dust explosion. Remove residues outside
containers at regularly. Take suitable precautionary
measures against static charges.
Do not eat, drink or smoke in the working area. Wash hands
before breaks and after work. Immediately remove
contaminated clothing.
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place. Store in closed and
unbreakable containers, secured from falling down. Avoid
residues outside containers. Label containers appropriately.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Packaging for transport following ADR-Guidelines.
