Key result
Water solubility:
> 500 000 mg/L
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Incubation duration:
10 min
Temp.:
20 °C
Remarks on result:
completely miscible
Details on results:
The water solubility of E17-194T was estimated from a preliminary trial that consisted of adding increasing amounts of reagent water (up to 2 mL) to a known mass of sample (1.0 g) until the sample was completely dissolved. The test substance solubility under the test conditions was approximately 500 mg/mL.
A definitive water solubility trial was not required according to the study protocol since the preliminary trial resulted in a water solubility value of greater than 10% w/w.
Conclusions:
The water solubility of E17-194T under the test conditions was determined to be greater than 10% w/w (approximately 500 mg/mL).
Executive summary:

The water solubility of E17-194T under the test conditions was determined to be greater than 10% w/w (approximately 500 mg/mL).
