Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: An die frische Luft bringen; bei Atemstillstand künstlich
beatmen. Bei Atemschwierigkeiten Sauerstoff verabreichen.
"ENGLISH"
Remove the affected person to the fresh air. Administer
artificial respiration if breathing stops. Administer oxygen
in the case of breathing difficulties.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Sofort mit einer ausreichenden Menge Wasser ausspülen;
unverzüglich einen Arzt aufsuchen.
"ENGLISH"
Rinse out immediately with sufficient quantities of water;
seek medical advice immediately.
Emergency measure - Skin: Mit klaren Wasser mindestens 15 Minuten abwaschen; bei
Unwohlsein ärztlichen Rat einholen.
"ENGLISH"
Wash off with clear water for at least 15 minutes. In the
case of feeling unwell, seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Material vom Mund entfernen und viel Wasser trinken.
Nicht zum Erbrechen bringen. Bewußtlosen Personen niemals
etwas einflößen; sofort einen Arzt aufsuchen
"ENGLISH"
Remove material from mouth and drink large quantities of
water. Do not induce vomiting. Never administer anything to
an unconscious person. Seek medical advice immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Wassernebel, Kohlendioxid, Schaum, Trockenpulver,
Sand usw.
"ENGLISH"
Fine water spray, carbon dioxide, foam, dry powder, sand
etc.
Product arising from burning: Es kann zur Bildung von Kohlenstoffdioxid und
Kohlenstoffmonoxid kommen.
"ENGLISH"
Carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide may form.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Geeignetes Atemschutzgerät, sowie ggf. Vollschutz.
"ENGLISH"
Suitable respirator as well as, if appropriate, total
protection.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Das Ausbreiten großer Leckagen durch Sand eindämmen, dann
absaugen bzw. mit Diatomeenerde oder anderem geeigneten
Absorptionsmittel aufnehmen. Abfallbehälter gemäß TRGS 201
kennzeichnen. Beim Aufnehmen des Stoffes Haut- und Augen-
kontakt sowie Einatmen desselben vermeiden. Zu diesem Zweck
die unter "Handhabung" beschriebene persönliche Schutzaus-
rüstung tragen.
Einleitung in die Kanalisation vermeiden.
"ENGLISH"
Dam in the spread of large leakages using sand, then extract
or take up using diatomaceous earth or other suitable
absorption agent. Avoid skin and eye contact as well as
inhalation when taking up the substance. For this purpose,
wear the personal protective equipment described under
"handling".
Avoid discharge into drains.
Handling and storage
Probenahmen sollten geschlossene Vorrichtungen verwendet
werden. Beim Umgang in offenen Systemen sollten mögliche
Schutzkleidung (z.B.:::) zu tragen.
Ein sicherer Augenschutz (z.B.:::) ist unbedingt
erforderlich. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches
sollten Notbrausen installiert sein, ausreichende
Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen sowie Augenbrausen
bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig gekennzeichnet
werden. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die betroffenen
Körperstellen sofort gründlich mit ::: gereinigt werden.
Kontaminierte Kleidung ist sofort zu wechseln. Besondere
Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemaßnahmen werden empfohlen.
Es ist ein Hautschutzplan aufzustellen. Die Straßenkleidung
sollte getrennt von der Arbeitskleidung aufbewahrt werden.
Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen treffen (z.B.
Anlage (insbesondere Abfüll-/ Umfüll-/ Dosiereinrichtungen)
erden). Bei möglicher Entwicklung von Dämpfen bzw. Aerosolen
sollten potentielle Zündquellen aus dem Arbeitsbereich
entfernt werden.
"ENGLISH"
All work processes must always be designed so that skin and
eye contact with the substance is excluded and exposure by
inhalation is as low as possible. Closed equipment should be
used during filling, transfer and metering. During handling
in open systems any vapours or aerosols which may form
should be extracted directly at the point of origin. If
technical extraction or ventilation measures are not
possible or are insufficient, respiratory protection
(e.g.:::) must be worn. Even if only short-term skin contact
is possible, tested protective gloves (e.g.:::) and suitable
protective clothing (e.g.:::) must be worn.
Safe eye protection (e.g.:::) is absolutely essential.
Emergency shows should be installed in the immediate
vicinity of the work area, sufficient washing facilities and
eye douches should be available and their location
conspicuously marked. After skin contact the affected parts
of the body should be immediately thoroughly cleaned using
:::. Contaminated clothing must be changed immediately.
Special skin protection and skin-care measures are
recommended. A skin-protection plan must be drawn up.
Outdoor clothes should be kept separate from work clothes.
Take measures to prevent static discharge (e.g. in
particular earth filling, transfer and metering equipment).
In the case of the possible development of vapours or
aerosols, potential ignition sources should be removed from
the work area.
Storage: In vorschriftsmäßig gekennzeichneten, bruchsicheren
Behältern in trockenen Räumen bei 15 - 40 °C lagern.
Gebinde geschlossen halten und gegen Herabfallen sichern.
Produktreste an/auf den Gebinden vermeiden.
"ENGLISH"
Store in unbreakable containers that are labelled according
to the regulations in dry rooms at 15 - 40 °C. Keep packing
drums tightly closed and secure against falling. Avoid
product residues on the packing drums.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: HDPE Gefäße (60 l, 150 l)
HDPE (Container in einem korrosionsgeschützten
Kasten mit Eisenstangen) (1000 l)
"ENGLISH"
As described in section 2.1.00 the substance is sold as
preparation.
This preparation is packaged in:
a. 60 Litre HDPE vessel
b. 150 Litre HDPE vessel
c. 1000 Litre HDPE container in an against corrosion
protected iron bar box.
