Description of key information

It is not feasible to conduct simulation tests with complex UVCB substances which are designed for monoconstituents. Issues with radiolabelling and the potential for varying solubilities make such testing impossible. Attempts to radiolabel a representative substance were unsuccessful. Instead, QSAR modeling was conducted with OASIS Catalogic v.5.15.2.14d.
