Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water. Seek medical
attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash the contaminated skin with running water. Seek medical
attention.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Symptomatic treatment. Seek medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Product arising from burning: CO, HI, H2O, NOx
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Personal protective equipment and self containing breathing
apparatus.
Accidental release measures
persons from area of spill. Take up spilled substance in
a dry state avoiding the formation of dust (e.g. using
an industrial vacuum cleaner of approved type) and into
suitable containers for disposal.
The containers label in accordance with Technical Rule 201.
Consider local and national regulations with the disposal of
the substance. While taking up the substance, prevent skin
and eye contact as well as inhalation of it. Wear personal
protective equipment (see in this regard point 2.3.10
"Handling").
Handling and storage
must be avoided. As far as possible, closed equipment should
be used during filling, transfer and metered feeding as well
as during sampling. In the case of handling in open systems,
if applicable, any dust that can form should be extracted
di-rectly at the point of origin. If technical extraction or
ventilation measures are not possible or are in-sufficient,
respiratory protection (e.g.:::) should be worn in the case
of possible exposure by inhalati-on. To avoid skin contact,
tested protective gloves (e.g. :::) and suitable protective
clothing (e.g. :::) should be worn. Outdoor clothing should
be kept separate from working clothes.
Storage: Store in closed containers in well ventilated areas at room
temperature. Avoid substance on the outside of the
containers. Keep containers tightly closed and secure
against falling. Use unbreakable containers. Label the
containers according to the regulations.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Substance: 25 kg fibre drums (not to be sold).
Preparation: 1 or 0.5 liter glas bottles.
