Justification for classification or non-classification

According to the CLP Regulation (EC 1272/2008) oxidising solid means a solid substance or mixture which, while in itself is not necessarily combustible, may, generally by yielding oxygen, cause, or contribute to, the combustion of other material. During the test no burning of test mixture was observed, therefore, the substance is considered as not classified according to the CLP Regulation (EC 1272/2008).
