In accordance with Section 2 of REACH Annex XI, the adsorption/desorption study does not need to be conducted on the grounds that it is technically not feasible as the substance is a pyrophoric gas.
In addition, the physicochemical hazards associated with the substance mean that it must be handled under highly controlled conditions and significant exposure of the aquatic compartment is unlikely.
