Mortality:
No Mortalities occured upon exposure to CGA 230672 techn. at a conentration of 5366 mg/m3.
Consenquently, the study was considered a limit test as definded by the OECD test guideline 403.
Clinical signs:
other: In the animals exposed to the test article piloerection, huched posture, dyspnea, and reduced spontaneous activity were observed to a similar extend. They recovered within 9 days.
Body weight:
The mean body weight for the control group and the group exposed to the test article, measured before exposure and on days 7 and 14 for each sex, are shown in Table 3.
The test article exposed females showed a significant lower body weight grain in the second week after exposure.
