Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Between 25 -110 °C, the imbibition water/solvent release was observed, followed by endothermic reaction between 126 -181 °C (onset 143.3 °C, enthalpy = -28.9 J/g). Between 207 - 244 °C (onset at 211 °C; enthalpy = 103.8 J/g) the substance decomposed.

Conclusions:
Decomposition between 207 and 244 °C
Executive summary:

Method

The test was performed according to internationally accepted testing procedures (OECD Guideline 102), using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry method for the analysis.

Result

Between 25 -110 °C, the imbibition water/solvent release was observed, followed by endothermic reaction between 126 -181 °C (onset 143.3 °C, enthalpy = -28.9 J/g). Between 207 - 244 °C (onset at 211 °C; enthalpy = 103.8 J/g) the substance decomposed.
