Based on its physical chemical properties Polyol IXOL B350 is expected to have a low potential of adsorption (the log Kow ranges from -0.3 to 3.3, with an average log Kow of 1.29).

Using a fugacity model (Mackay Level I), the theoretical distribution of Polyol IXOL B350 based on physico-chemical properties between environmental compartments at equilibrium can be calculated. The results indicate that 98.1% is distributed to the aquatic compartment negligible volatilisation may be expected from water and adsorption to particulate matter is poor.
