JUSTIFICATION FOR NOT PERFORMING THE STUDY
In accordance with REACH Annex XI, testing may be omitted if testing does not appear scientifically necessary.

Most hydrolysis reactions in inorganic chemistry result in the donation or removal of a proton by water, forming either hydroxide or hydronium ions.

Nitric acid, ammonium calcium salt is an inorganic salt,  very soluble in water. NH4+ ion could react with water forming NH3. The other ions however have little tendency to react with water. Hydrolysis is therefore not a relevant parameter for this substance and testing does not appear scientifically necessary.
