According to column 2 of Annex IX 9.3.2 of REACH Regulation 1907/2006, studies on the accumulation in aquatic species do not need be conducted if the substance has a low potential for bioaccumulation (log Pow of < 3). The log Pow value of C8-isoAS Na (CAS 126-92-1) is -0.2476 at 25 ºC and therefore bioaccumulation studies are not required.
