According to the Annex IX data requirements stipulated in Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, these tests are not required where the risk assessment based on the equilibrium partitioning method does not indicate a concern for the relevant compartment. Having a PEC/PNEC ratio < 1 for all exposure scenarios, there is no need to perform a toxicity test for terrestrial compartment as the risk towards terrestrial organisms is sufficiently controlled based on the already available information.
