The long-term toxicity testing with daphnids resulted in a NOEC(21d) of 1000 mg/L.

For long-term toxicity to daphnids, one study is available on a structurally related compound according to OECD Guideline 211.

This key study revealed a 21-d NOEC value for Daphnia magna of 1000 mg/L (nominal, eluate) with silicic acid, titanium salt (Magnapore 963) as test substance (Rudolf 2007).
