First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove patient to fresh air. If not breathing, administer

artificial respiration. If breathing with difficulty,

administer oxygen and seek medical advice.

Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse with water

Emergency measure - Skin: Wash with soap and water

Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek medical attention, do not induce vomiting

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Combustion products may contain carbon and sulphur oxides

together with some soot. Suitable extinguishing agents are

water spray or carbon dioxide.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Collect spilt material by mechanical means (eg vacuum

cleaner) and put in suitable containers for disposal by

incineration.

Handling and storage

Handling: Wear safety glasses, gloves and a dust protection mask. Use

local exhaust ventilation during any operations which may

generate dust.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a dark place. Keep away from

direct sunlight.
