Additional information

In vitro studies were performed for skin and eye irritancy.

The skin corrosion/irritation test showed that the test item was irritant to skin, the eye irritation test showed that the test item was severely damaging/corrosive to eyes.

Justification for classification or non-classification

According to the results obtained from the in vitro skin and eye irritation/corrosion studies the test item has to be classified as "R38 Irritating to skin" (EU-GHS: Skin irritation Cat.2) and as "R41 Risk of serious damage to eyes" (EU-GHS: Eye damage Cat. 1).
