Additional information

The acute toxicity of DL-alpha-methylbenzylamine was studied according to OECD 203 under GLP using zebrafish (Danio rerio) as test species. The test item concentrations were analytically verified and were demonstrated to be stable over the exposure period. The 96 -h LC50 was 25.6 mg/L (nominal; BASF SE, 2012; project no. 17F0728/11X318).

Based on this test result, the test substance is acutely harmful to fish.
