Results and discussion

Water solubility
Water solubility:
< 0.1 mg/L
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
> 6.1 - < 6.9
Details on results:
The detector calibration was found to be linear over the range 0 to 1 mg/l of standard solutions in 0.2% v/v aqueous nitric acid with a regression coefficient of 0.9995.
The water solubility of test substance is less than 0.1 mg/l.
A mean recovery of approximately 93% of titanium from fortified control samples was achieved and deemed to be acceptable, whilst no significant interference was evident in blank
control solutions.

Applicant's summary and conclusion
