Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on read across data from the analogue CAS 422-91-3, the in vitro skin corrosion and irritation assays, the test substance was predicted to be non-corrosive, but irritating to the skin. Therefore, the test substance is classified as Cat 2 (H315: causes skin irritation) according to EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.

Based on read across data from the analogue CAS 422-91-3, the in vitro eye irritation assay provides Insufficient information to classify for eye irritation.
