Description of key information

No toxicological effects on aquatic invertebrates are expected for J-37 within the solubility of the test substance in the test medium (0.2492 mg/L).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

One study, investigating the short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates of J-37 according to OECD 202, is available. This GLP limit test (Biotoxtech, 2010) with Daphnia magna resulted in EC50 > 0.2352 mg/L (meas. initial) and NOEC ≥ 0.2352 mg/L (meas. initial) after 48 h exposure period. Thus, no toxicological effects on aquatic invertebrates are expected for J-37 within the solubility of the test substance in the test medium (0.2492 mg/L).
