Additional information

In a guideline study following OECD 202, the acute toxicity of the reaction mass of phosphorothioic triamide, N-butyl- (NBPT) and phosphorothioic triamide, N-propyl- (NPPT) to aquatic invertebrates was examined. Daphnia magna were exposed to the substances for 48 hours in a static test system. At test termination an EC50 of >120 mg/L based on nominal test substance concentrations was determined (BASF SE 2008).
