Any other information on results incl. tables

The solid sample was maintained below about 167°C during measurements & did not visibly appaer to have suffered any decomposition at the temperatures used. There was no condensation onto the balance pan at the higher temperatures. The quoted melting point is 168 -174°C.

There was removal of volatiles on initial pumping & also subsequently at the higher temperatures in Run 1 where the mass differences above 87°C dininished with time indicating further loss of volatility. In Run 2 the mass differences behaved sinilarly erratically at temperatures above 150°C. Because of the erratic behaviour reliable vapour pressure curves cannot be produced & recourse was made to obtaining an etimated value from the mass difference for the most degassed sample in Run 2 by imposing a slope of -2000 for the vapour pressure relationship. This gave the above value Vp 25°C) = 3.356 x 10 -6 Pa. This is a maximum value for regulatory purposes and should have no environmental implication.
