Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Biodegradation in water:
readily biodegradable

Additional information

In the only available (and relevant) study, performed according to the OECD test guideline 301B, the ready biodegradability of the test substance was determined under GLP. In this aerobic test with activated sludge (domestic and non-adapted) the oxygen consumption was determined over 28 days with the two concentrations of 12.9 and 25.8 mg test substance/L. All validation criteria were fulfilled. On day 13 approx. 66% biodegradation was observed, while at the end of the study, the test substance was biodegraded to approx. 77%.
