Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The average surface tension of duplicate 90% saturated solutions of test item in water has been determined to be 63.1 mN/m at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C.
Executive summary:

The study was performed to determine the surface tension of the test item. The average surface tension of duplicate 90% saturated solutions of test item in water has been determined to be 63.1 mN/m at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C. The determination was carried out using a White Electrical Institute Co. Ltd. torsion balance for surface and interfacial tnesion measurements. The procedure employed was designed to be compatible with OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, Section 1, No. 115: "Surface Tension of Aqueous Solutions" adopted July 27, 1995, and Method A5 Surface Tension of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008, dated May 30, 2008. The experiment was performed under GLP.
