Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Based on these results it is concluded, that the substance, when tested up to bacteriotoxic concentrations, showed a clearly mutagenic response in S. typhimurium TA 98 and TA 1538. The results in TA 1537 are regarded equivocal. The test compound is, therefore, classified as “Ames positive”.
