Conclusion on classification

The lowest aquatic EC50 value is found for algae, with an ErC50 of 1.7 mg/L. Therefore MIPKP does not need to be classified for acute aquatic toxicity.

MIPKP is classified as readily biodegradable and has a log Kow < 4. The lowest long-term result was found for algae with an ErC10 of 0.61 mg/L. Based on these results MIPKP should be classified Chronic category 3.

Based on classification tables given in the 2nd ATP to CLP (EU No 286/2011 amending Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008) Annex VI classification of MIPKP is Chronic category 2.
