- Justification:
It can be stated that the substance does not fulfill the PBT criteria (not PBT) and not the vPvB criteria (not vPvB).
Persistence:
The substance is not readily biodegradable under the tested condition. In a weight-of-evidence approach, (a)biotic degradation available is assessed. Based on the available data, the test substance does not meet the persistence criteria and may therefore be considered to be 'Not P/vP'.
Bioaccumulation:
The test substance is considered not bioaccumulative based on its LogKow (< 4.5). Furthermore, a bioaccumulation in fish study determined a BCF of 264. It may therefore be considered to be 'not B/vB'.
Toxicity:
The substance is very toxic to freshwater and marine organisms. The substance is therefore considered Toxic (T).
