The boiling point of T002102 was calculated to be approximately 421°C using Meissner's method. The vapour pressure of T002102 was estimated to be 2.25 x 10-8Pa at 25°C based on the boiling point calculated and using the Modified Watson Correlation. The hydrochloride structure was not taken into account. The expected vapour pressure is lower than the estimated one.

Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of T002102 was estimated using the Modified Watson Correlation to be 2.25 x E-8 Pa at 25°C based on the calculated boiling point. The expected vapour pressure is lower than the estimated one.

Description of key information

A GLP study was performed to determine the vapour pressure according to OECD guideline 104 and EU Method A.4 without deviations (Tognucci, 2001). A vapour pressure of 2.25E-8 Pa was estimated at 25°C using the Modified Watson Correlation.

In the GLP study of Tognucci (2001) to determine the vapour pressure of T002102 according to the OECD Guideline No. 104 and the EU Directive 92/69/EEC A.4 the vapour pressure was estimated to be 2.25E-8 at 25°C based on the calculated boiling point and the Modified Watson Correlation.

This study is considered reliable with restrictions (Klimisch 2) as the result is retrieved from calculation and assigned as key study for this endpoint.
