Description of key information

Since the test sample is a salt, UVCB and was found to be surface active, only the estimation method was deemed somewhat appropriate for determining the partition coefficient. The test sample was found to be completely miscible in both water and n-octanol. Because there were no exact values for the water and n-octanol solubility, the partition coefficient could not be calculated. Therefore, it is concluded that it is technically not possible to determine the partition coefficient of the test item.
