Description of key information

Based on the guideline study (Brekelmans, 2016) it is concluded that a hydrolysis study for the test item, JNJ-39453193-AAA (T003063) cannot be performed. Since, the water solubility of the test item is 6.70 µg/L which is more than the maximum concentration to be used in the hydrolysis study (3.35 µg/L), a hydrolysis study cannot be performed.
