Reference
The test cup was heated at a rate of 5 ± 0.5 °C/minute. Starting at -15 °C, an attempt was made to ignite the vapour of the test item. A flash-point was observed at the first attempt to ignite the vapour of the test item, and this was observed in two separate preliminary tests. The flash-point of the test item was <-15 °C.
