First-aid measures

General information
Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing.
After inhalation
If inhaled, remove to fresh air.
After contact with skin
In case of contact, immediately flush skin with soap and plenty of water or shower.
After contact with eyes
Rinse immediately and thoroughly with water for several minutes, consult a doctor immediately.
After ingestion
If swallowed, rinse mouth and then drink plenty of water. Call a poison control centre or doctor immediately.
Treat symptomatically.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: water; foam; carbon dioxide (CO2), dry powder
Combustion products: carbon, nitrogen and sulfur oxides.
Advice for firefighters/Special protective equipment for firefighting:
- Self-contained breathing apparatus
- Full protective suit

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions: avoid inhalation and ingestion, wear eye protection and protective gloves.
Environmental precautions: do not discharge into drains/surface waters/groundwater.
Methods for cleaning-up or taking-up: contain with suitable absorbent material. Scoop into marked containers for disposal as chemical waste. Flush small residues away with water.

Handling
Avoid ingestion, inhalation, skin and eye contact. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene practice and any legal requirements.
Keep container tightly closed. Handle and open container with care. Close containers immediately after use. Avoid vapor formation and ignition sources. Ensure good local exhaust ventilation. Do not eat, drink or smoke at the workplace.

Keep container tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry area with adequate ventilation.

Disposal considerations

Waste from residue/unused products: incinerate in suitable incineration plant, observing local authority regulations.
Contaminated packaging: contaminated packaging should be emptied as far as possible and disposed of in the same manner as the substance/product.
Clean packaging material should be subjected to waste management schemes (recovery recycling, reuse) according to local legislation.
