Additional information

Short-term toxicity to fish

The acute toxicity of the test substance to Zebrafish (Danio rerio) was determined according to OECD 203 (1992) under GLP conditions. The 96 hour LC50 was determined to be 23.2 mg/L.

Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates

In a static immobilization GLP test Daphnia magna (< 24 h old) were exposed to the test item for 48 hours according to the OECD 202 (2004). The 48h-EC50 was determined to be 7.7 mg/L.

Toxicity to algae and cyanobacteria

The toxicity of the test substance to the unicellular freshwater green alga Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata (previous names: Raphidocelis subcapitata) was determined according to the principles of OECD 201 (2011) under GLP conditions. After 72 hours the ErC10 was determined to be 15.50 mg/L and the ErC50 was determined to be 34.63 mg/L.

Toxicity to microorganisms

The toxicity of the test item to the microorganisms of activated sludge after 3 hours was determined according to OECD 209 (2010) under GLP conditions.Under the conditions of the performed activated sludge respiration inhibition test, the EC10 and EC50 values of test item was determined as higher than 1000 mg/L. Based on the statistical evaluation in this test the NOEC was ≥ 1000 mg/L.
