Burning time:
0 s
Remarks on result:
other: No ignition was observed throughout the course of the test.
Interpretation of results:
not classified based on GHS criteria
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
No ignition was observed throughout the course of the test. The test item Ukanol FR 70 should be considered as not highly flammable.
Executive summary:

The flammability of Ukanol FR 70 was assessed according to EU test method A.10. First, a safety test was performed. A small amount of the test item was heated on a magnesia groove with a gas burner in order to derive safety precautions. Melting was observed. The test item burned with yellow flame. After removing the burner the flame died immediately. In the preliminary screening test following the EU method, the test item was heated with the flame of a teclu burner. Melting was observed during heating, but no burning. No ignition occurred within two minutes. Therefore, the test item Ukanol FR 70 should be considered as not highly flammable

Description of key information
