Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

As the test substance is a mixture of 2 compounds (polycarboxylic acid and alkanolamine) and contains water thus the vapour pressure has been derived from the single compound. The representative compound for polycarboxylic acid is referred to the substance with CAS number 80584-91-4 and the representative compound for alkanolamine is referred to the substance with CAS number 102-71-6.

The vapour pressure values of each compound are as follows:

1) The representative Polycarboxylic acid has been calculated based on Modified Grain Method using recommended MPBPVP (v1.43) module of software EPI Suite and has yielded a value of 9.46 E-13 Pa at 25°C.

2) The representative Alkanolamine has been extrapolated to be 0.000479 Pa at 25°C (Ref. Daubert, T.E., R.P. Danner)

It can be summarized that the vapour pressure of the substance is below 0.001 Pa at 25°C.
