Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The vapour pressure of the substance was investigated using the static method according to EU Method A4. The vapour pressure of the substance was found to be 16.84 Pa at 20°C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
16.84 Pa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

The vapour pressure of the substance was investigated using the static method according to EU Method A4 and in compliance with GLP. The test was performed in duplicate. As the test item is a semi-solid at ambient temperature care must be taken in interpretation of results as only three measurements were possible prior to bending in the vapour pressure curve was observed. Therefore confidence in the linearity of the vapour pressure curve is limited, hence the results of the direct measurements at approximately 20°C have been reported instead of extrapolated values for 20°C. Under the test conditions the vapour pressure is 16.84 Pa at 20 °C.
