Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Test conditions

Hardness:

Test temperature:
23 °C
pH:
7.40 - 7.65
Dissolved oxygen:
89% to 99% of the air saturation
Nominal and measured concentrations:
Nominal concentrantrations of 150 mg/L (measured concentration 3.09 mg/L) and 100 mg/L
Details on test conditions:
In the Iimit test, W AFs (water accommodated fractions) solutions with a nominal concentration of 100 mg/L and 150 mg/L were prepared by adding
appropriate amounts of the test substance to the test medium in glass aspirator bottles with appropriate size.
The mixing aspirator bottle was stoppered and the aqueous test substance rnixtu re was stirred for 24 hrs on a magnetic stirplate and a Telfon
stirbar at room temperature (about 23- 25°C). The vortex height was set at least 10% of the static liquid depth. At the end of the 24 h, stirring was
stopped and the test substance was allowed to settle down. The mixture was allowed to settle for 1 hour at room temperature, and undissolved test
substance deposited on the bottom. Then the aqueous portion removed through the outlet of the aspirator stirring bottle was just the W AF solutions (100 mg/L and 150 mg/L) of the test substance.
