Conclusions:
The adsorption coefficient (Koc) of the test item has been determined to be less than 17.8, log10 Koc less than 1.25. These values indicate that the test item will have a very high mobility in the environment.
Executive summary:

The adsorption coefficient has been determined to be less than 17.8, log10 Koc less than 1.25, using the HPLC screening method, designed to be compatible with Method C19 Adsorption Coefficient of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 and Method 121 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, 22 January 2001. These values indicate that the test item will have a very high mobility in the environment.

Description of key information

A reliable study for adsorption is available. Using the HPLC screening method the adsorption coefficient (Koc) was estimated to be less than 17.8 and the Log Koc was less than 1.25 indicating 2-propenoic acid, 2-fluoro, methyl ester will have a very high mobility in the environment.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
