Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

no melting found up to decomposition at >240°C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The determination was conducted by DSC.

An endothermic peak directly followed by an exothermic peak was observed. This peak can be interpreted as vaporization and possibly as melting of parts, but not of the test item as a whole, because it was visually unchanged and still powdery after this test. These observations are confirmed by the preliminary TGA-Test (non-GLP). An exothermic peak starting at about 240 °C with a weight loss of about 33 % at 280 °C shows the vaporization/decomposition of the test item.
