First-aid measures

After contact with eye:

Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes.

Get medical attention immediately if irritation develops and persists.

After contact with skin:

In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water.

After inhalation:

If inhaled, remove to fresh air

After ingestion:

If swallowed, call a poison control centre or doctor immediately. Treat symptomatically

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Water, carbon dioxide, foam or dry powder may be used.

Product arising from burning: Products of combustion may contain oxides of carbon and nitrogen together with hydrogen chloride gas and soot.

Exposure controls / personal protection

General protective measures:

Do not breathe vapour/spray. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Take off immediately all contaminated clothing.

Hygiene measures:

Do not eat, drink or smoke at work.

Wash hands before breaks and at end of work and use skin-protecting ointment.

Keep away from food and drink stuffs.

Respiratory protection:

Respiratory protection in case of vapour/aerosol release.

Hand protection:

Wear suitable gloves e.g. of PVC or nitrile rubber. In the event of contamination, change protective gloves immediately. Avoid skin contact with the wetted surfaces of the protective gloves.
