PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: Stock solution of 56 mg/L was made by adding 0.112 g test substance to 2 L dilution water, and shaking vigorously. Appropriate ammounts were diluted to exposure concentrations by direct dilution of concentrate to 1000 ml of dilution water in volumetric flasks.
